Canberra Floriade 2006
I actually already booked a one day trip to Canberra floriade festival for this saturday 30th September 2006, but yesterday i got a call from the tour guide, saying that they are actually over booked, and offer me to change the date to monday which is public holiday here in australia (labour day). I dont know how they organize the booking system, but it just looks like not professional because i already booked and they did confirmed to me that there is a seat on saturday.
The tour guide looks like very desperate to find people who want to change the date so she can get 2 seat for her japanese customer. Actually i really dont want to change the date to monday, because i prefer to go on saturday so can have a rest on monday before back to work. But finally i agree to help her, and she also offer me free ticket to port stephens. Not too bad offer isn’t it ?
When you do a favor for someone, good thing will just be back coming to you in the future

[…] October t3dmail10:04 pmAdd comment I just came back from my one day tour to Canberra for the floriade tulip festival as you can see the detail from my previous post. I thought its gonna be a bit cold and raining there according to the weather forecast, but it was very hot when i get there and very sunny. 30 degree celcius there, and i’m wearing black shirt with black pants. I was like.. feel burning there, and i didnt use any sunscreen lotion as well because i really think thats its gonna be raining and windy there. Well….that prove that we can’t really trust the weather forecast. […]
